Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself from the iOS app, the Android app, or the web app:

1. Sign in to SmartEduTrack.
2. Open your profile and go to your account settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Your account is deleted immediately after you confirm. This cannot be undone.

If you have a paid plan, cancel your subscription in your billing settings first so that you are not charged again.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@smartedutrack.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete:

• your profile (name, email address, organisation, and login details);
• your classes and all student data you entered (names, student numbers, avatars);
• your question sets, slides, uploaded images, audio, and video;
• AI image prompts and generated images;
• activity history, answers, results, and reports.

Data is removed from our live systems immediately. Copies in encrypted backups are permanently deleted within 90 days.

What is kept

• Billing and invoice records for paid plans, which Edusoft-BG Ltd. must keep for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law.
• Support conversations you had with us, for up to 24 months.
• Marketplace copies: question sets you published publicly and that other users copied into their own libraries remain in those libraries.
